Meeting Minutes: Monday, October 30, 2006: SCBOWBO President Troy Moe and SCBOA President Tim Wheatley welcomed everyone to the new season. First Raffle Prize Mike Cashman led the group in an icebreaker which was a "supposed letter" from the two presidents. Trent Harwood had all the officials who had attended the apprentice group stand up. We have a very large group of new officials. Many of them have already attended the pre-season floor training. Board Members, Assignors and Finance Advisors for both groups were introduced. Second Raffle Prize Jim Shaw and Mike DeLong (ref equipment suppliers) were introduced to everyone. This season's mileage increase was announced and Jack Palmer was thanked for spearheading the effort. All officials rotated between 3 breakout Sessions Mechanics and Reporting (Trent Harwood) Arbiter and Association Websites (Kevin Erickson) Assignor info (Dan Taylor and Lee Ottini) Third Raffle Prize Question and Answer box was announced for anyone to give input, suggestions or questions in. Reminder by Trent for veteran officials to bring extra gear in (shirts, coats, shoes, pants etc.) for our apprentice officials. Fourth Raffle Prize Closing Remarks by Troy Moe and Tim Wheatley.

THE SCBOWBO Board of Directors held a board meeting following the general meeting:   Main topic was planning for the Nov 18 meeting. NEXT MEETING: Saturday, November 18 2006 Everett Community College @ 9 AM (apprentice meeting @ 8 AM)
