Meeting Minutes for SCBOWBO

November 18, 2006

Meeting Minutes: Monday, November 18, 2006:

  • Troy Moe and Tim Wheatley welcomed officials to the meeting at 9:15 (the meeting was delayed slightly due to a gas leak by a construction crew outside of the EvCC Gymnasium).

  • Pat and Paul discussed pay for school and recreation ball.  Officials need to have their SS#'s in Arbiter to be assigned games and to get paid.  Mileage fees and game fees are on both association websites under "Forms"

  • First Raffle Prize.

  • Mike Cashman conducted an icebreaker involving Huskies and Cougars.  The Huskies won 2-0.

  • Paul gave out certificates from last summer's 3-person camp.

  • Dan and Lee talked about assigning and Arbiter.

  • Breakout Sessions

    • Pregame and Partner Communication  (Mike Cashman)
    Rotations  (Rick Myers)
    New Rules and Mechanics  (Todd Weber and Paul Patterson)

  • More Raffle prizes.
  • Closing Remarks by Troy Moe and Tim Wheatley.
