Meeting agenda for Tuesday, March 25, 2003 at 6:30 PM: Alfy's Pizza in Snohomish The ratings compilation is almost complete. There are only two refs that have not turned in their ratings yet. They will be fined per the constitution. They have been called and indicated that their ratings are on the way. The ratings form needs to be modified to be easier to compile next year - each official will be given a form with all the refs listed in alphabetical order and they will also be asked to enter the letter AND it's corresponding point total on the form. The scholarship recipients were decided upon. We received more apps this year than ever and they were more competitive than ever. Every single girl who applied was deserving. We ended up deadlocked on the 3A/4A scholarship and decided to award two since we could not break the tie. Ron Bradley and Phillip James were awarded camp scholarships of $150.00 each to apply towards the SOWB camp. Jim Shaw provided a financial status and we are as financially healthy as ever. His meticulous detail and follow-through has made the recreation program profitable. It was agreed that our finanial advisor is significantly undercompensated. In addition to improving our bottom line, he has been doing many of the duties that are actually documented as duties of the assignor. We will change the job description of each to accurately reflect who is doing the duties and adjust salaries as well. NEXT BOARD MEETING: Wednesday, April 23 at 7:00 PM
