Meeting Minutes: Monday, December 15, 2003:

Ashley solicited some game scenarios and questions from the group and there were
several good ones.
-
Jim Shaw went over the proper way to fill out paysheets and also asked any official
who took stats for Zuma (a few years ago) to give their estimate to him of how much money they are owed.

Larry Kiger organized the officials into groups to take the NFHS exam.

Pat Kaminske reminded our officials that nominations for board members will be taken at the next meeting and voting
for board members will be done at the meeting after that.

Kevin gave a progress report on VHS camera video of games (lots of good feedback) and clarified ratings eligibility, procedure and fines (partner only).
Kevin reminded everyone to notify Lee and Dan anytime their availability changes.
Kevin informed everyone that we will transition to the all-black official's jackets over the next few years. The old ones will work just fine and nobody needs
to feel like they have to replace their current jacket.
Kevin also gave kudos to several of the new officials he has observerd and remarked that this is the best group of new officials we have had in a long, long time.

Jason took nominations for host school, coach of the year, and player of the year.

Gunther conducted the attendance raffle and Romeo Escalona won a free referee shirt. Good job Romeo!
