Form must be received by the board no later than May 1 prior to the summer that the camp is held.

Applicants must be a member in good standing of SCBOWBO.

If the official receiving the scholarship does not attend camp after the fee is paid by SCBOWBO, the official will have to reimburse the fee to SCBOWBO unless a substitute official can be found. Exceptions to this rule (emergencies etc.) will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

The Executive Board will decide who receives the yearly scholarship(s).
